Achievements

Every time you show up, we notice.

Achievements aren’t participation trophies. They’re the credible record of what you’ve actually caught — the first time a new tail shows up, the first time a type lands somewhere, the week your clip is better than everyone else’s.

How achievements work

  • Published first, honored second. Your clip publishes as soon as detection completes. Achievements land after — never as a gate before.
  • Automatic. You don’t apply for anything. The moment your clip meets the criteria, the chip appears on the clip and on your profile with a toast.
  • Permanent. Once earned, honors stay on the clip — even if an aircraft is retired or a livery repainted.
  • No pay-to-win.Rarity is based on catalog data, not activity. Uploading 1,000 clips of the same 737 won’t unlock rarer honors.
  • No public drama. There are no leaderboards for rejection rates, no callout threads, no date-cheating scandals. Honors are a celebration of your best clips, not a weapon.
  • Linked back. Clicking an achievement chip anywhere takes you to the moment it was earned.
